**Relocation Assistance Provided**
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Days | Day Shift
Location: La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon)
Compensation: $600K - $670K+ per year
We are seeking an innovative and energetic Physician who enjoys professional autonomy and working with a supportive, caring group of healthcare professionals! You’ll join a growing specialty team at a Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon, equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools including onsite Echo, EKG, and Stress testing. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care.
Perform and interpret non-invasive studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring
Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population
Supervision of stress testing in the co-located Respiratory Therapy department.
Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports.
Management of implantable cardiac devices.
Perform minor procedures including implantation/removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE.
Partner with primary care providers and the hospitalist team to ensure seamless transitions of care
Help shape the future of cardiac services within a growing rural healthcare system
Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school.
Completion of an accredited Cardiology Fellowship
Active, unrestricted State Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive total compensation opportunity (670k+) which includes:
Quality incentives up to $70k
RVU bonus based on annual threshold
Commencement bonus of $70k
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
Student loan repayment
