Compliance Coordinator Home Care
Responsibilities:
Maintain caregiver compliance files
Continue to monitor requirements and ensure completion
Assist in onboarding
Assist NY DOH audit preparation
Ensure compliance in multiple branches
NOT remote. In office required
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of home care caregiver compliance
Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating with recruitment, clinical, and operations
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
