Role Overview:
Perform a wide range of surgical procedures with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring availability seven days per month.
Engage in the education and mentoring of medical students and residents.
Compensation:
Receive a competitive guaranteed salary, adjusted annually by 3% for cost-of-living increases.

Work Schedule:
Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with block OR scheduling.
