We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This mid-level position requires a professional who is committed to enhancing patient independence and daily living skills through personalized therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic strategies to improve patient functionality in daily activities.
Accurately document patient progress and therapy sessions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional duties as required by the program director.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
Possession of a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings.
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in documentation.
Familiarity with rehabilitation documentation systems is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary range of $93,600.00 to $114,400.00 with a signing bonus. Benefits include:
