About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead our Emergency Services team as the Director. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment. The Director will be responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and leading a team of skilled healthcare professionals. A key component of this role involves fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
Manage staff relations, including performance management, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
Oversee departmental budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relations.
Enhance professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols.
Ensure the highest standards of patient care through effective team management.
Qualifications
Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.
Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $111,000.00 to $150,000.00 USD.
