Registered Nurse, Operating Room Circulator

Schedule: Standard shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 1-2 on-call shifts weekly. A 30-minute response time for call-backs is required.
Position Overview:
Join a dynamic healthcare environment as a Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation. This role is integral to ensuring optimal surgical outcomes and patient safety. You will be working in a collaborative setting that values expertise, innovation, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
Associate’s degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
