Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Outpatient
Schedule: ~4.5 Days per Week | Monday – Thursday (No Evenings, Weekends, or Hospital Call)

An established, physician-owned dermatology practice in Arkansas is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to staff its expanding second clinical office.
Operating entirely outpatient with no hospital affiliation requirements, this position offers high operational independence alongside the direct mentorship of a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. You will manage an active outpatient patient volume, conducting skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedural care in a supportive, multi-site clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions at the designated second clinic site
Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions
Conduct comprehensive full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and patient preventative education
Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician as needed for complex cases
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in the practice EMR
Partner with dedicated clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arkansas (or eligible for immediate state licensure); clean background with no adverse regulatory or criminal history
Must have been formally trained under a Board Certified Dermatologist (MD/DO who completed an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency)
Minimum 1 to 2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience required
Demonstrated ability to practice independently and manage clinic workflows effectively when the supervising physician is off-site
